Fun Fact:

At Yale, I was a professional singer. I travelled to over 40 countries over 4 years between two a cappella groups: The Yale Alley Cats and the Yale Whiffenpoofs. We made all of the money we spent on travel by performing every day for a fee. I organized many tours including booking gigs, housing, and travel for Hong Kong, Dubrovnik, Seattle, Boise, New York City, Seoul, Dubai and many more.

I’ve used each of these daily for over 6 months: Sony a7IV, Canon 80D, multiple tripods, many external drives, Deity D3 Shotgun Microphone, Rode NT2a Condenser Microphone, MXL 3000 Condenser Microphone, Shure SM58 Dynamic Microphone, AE 6100 Dynamic Microphone (my favorite), SSL2+ Audio Interface, Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 Gen3 Audio Interface, MPD218 Drum Pad, Arturia Keystep MIDI Keyboard, Arturia MicroLab MIDI Keyboard, Yamaha P-115 (I use it as a powerful MIDI Keyboard), and I built my own PC (her name’s Violet).

Other Workflow:

I can correct and grade LOG Footage. I use slog3.

I can transcode footage and create proxies. I do both with GoProCineform.

I am extremely tapped into meme culture and internet trends.

I am a killer keyer. I often work in a small room with a poorly lit greenscreen, so my post-keying has become a pride of mine.

I am passionate about file organization, internal and external drives. For a recent video, I found a photo I took 13 years ago, because even when I was 12, I was serious about hard drive backups.

I play guitar, piano, and sing. I compose and arrange. I’ve composed for choirs and arranged for orchestras.
